KinCo CSR is seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Representative - Appointment Setter to join our
team. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a vital role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and
setting appointments for our sales team, ultimately driving revenue growth and expanding our client
base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospect and qualify leads, effectively communicating the value
proposition of our products and services.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of
opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads and provide
necessary context for successful appointments.
- Continuously follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales
pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of experience in appointment setting or inside sales.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding appointment setting targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with a stable internet connection.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
